Kimiyo AizawaFounder of Women Can Fly / Board Member, Australia Japan Society of NSWBased in Sydney, Australia. Restarted her career at age 32, transitioning from a tourist visa to student visa and founding her company soon after. As a “cultural translator” bridging Japanese companies and Australian communities, she leads corporate PR and education programs. Her work spans from supporting Japanese students studying in Australia to serving as the Brand Ambassador for Suntory The Premium Malt’s Australia.
